Go to the My Account page or click the Account button at the top right of worela.com. Then enter your email and create a password.

Click “Forgot your password?” on the Login page and enter your email address. You’ll receive a password reset email shortly.

Double-check that you’re using the same email you registered with and that your password is correct. Also make sure your browser accepts cookies. If you still can’t access your account, contact us for help.

Check the care label inside each garment for specific instructions. In general, hand wash or use a gentle cycle with cold water to help preserve fabric quality and colour.

For delicate materials such as silk, chiffon, or knitwear, use a mesh laundry bag on a gentle cycle or hand wash separately to prevent stretching or snagging.

Avoid bleach, harsh detergents, and fabric softeners, as they can damage fibres and shorten the lifespan of your garments.

Air dry flat or hang in a shaded area. Avoid direct sunlight to reduce fading, and do not tumble dry unless the label states it is safe.

Use low to medium heat for ironing, or use a garment steamer to remove wrinkles. Test on a small area first, especially on delicate fabrics.
